Abbreviated version of the terms and conditions

General information.

  1. These regulations regard the general rules about the functionality of the shop, sales, complaints and contact with the shop.
  2. Completing a purchase is equivalent with accepting this terms and conditions.
  3. The internet shop Slavica Yarns is occupied with selling high quality hand dyed yarns. The exact composition, weight, and length of a skein is specified in the description of the product. It is possible that the colourways visible on the photos in the shop are different in reality. This is dependent of the personal settings of your computer screen, the display of your phone or tablet.
  4. For easier identification, each skein has a number of the specific dye lot.
  5. The shop reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions. Clients purchasing in the shop are required to read these terms and conditions.

Placing orders, payment and shipment

  1. You can place an order by putting the desired items into the shopping cart and confirm your wish to buy them
  2. The obligatory amount to pay is visible after placing the order, and picking the method of shipping. The prices located under the products, do not include shipping fees, which have to be paid by the buyer.
  3. The order is deemed as payed, when the payment has been booked on the stores bank account.
  4. We ship the order in two workdays from the moment the payment is booked. We will immediately inform you about any delays concerning the sipping of your order.
  5. Every order should be paid in 7 workdays form the day of placing the order. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
  6. Slavica Yarns ships the ordered item via PDP, GLS and UPS.
  7. Shipment fee depend on the chosen courier company.
  8. The shop reserves the rights to change the prices of items offered, the organising and calling of promotions.
  9. Payments are possible via card. 

Complaints and returns

  1. In case of damaged items, they will be exchanged for the same ones without damage. If this will not be possible, the client will be able to choose other items of the same value or get their money back.
  2. All decisions regarding the return of damaged goods will be made individually by the shop.
  3. In case of a mistake in the order, the costs of the return shipping will be covered by the seller.
  4. The client has the right to return any item without providing a reason in 14 days. To do this the client will be required to present a declaration of will to step back from the buying agreement. This should be provided via e-mail or post to the store address provided on the site. The returned items should be unused, have the original packaging and undamaged tags. The return will be only accepted if the buyer provides the receipt. The money payed for the returned item will be refunded in 14 days from receiving the returned items, to the bank account provided by the buyer. The fee for shipping the return will be covered by the buyer.
