Withdrawal of agreements
If you are a consumer – as a rule, you have the right to withdraw a contract that was concluded from a distance.
You can withdraw your agreement by sending us a declaration of withdrawal for example by sending us a message to: email@example.com
The only entity entitled to the right of withdrawing a contract is a consumer.
Please send the returned object as soon as possible to Dziatwy 14C/21, 03-109 Warsaw, but not later than 14 days from the moment of withdrawing the contract.
You can withdraw you agreement in 14 days.
The deadline of the 14 days limit starts:
- at an agreement, in which we hand over the agreed upon goods – from the moment you come into possession of said items or a by you specified third party other than the delivery service.
To keep the deadline, just send the declaration before it runs out.
The payments issued by you, including the shipping fee which are specified in the regulations wll be refunded immediately, but not later than in 14 days of receiving you declaration of withdrawal.
We have the right to withdraw the refund until we receive the returned items, or until you provide a receipt confirming the return, whichever will come to be first.
In the case that an item you bought at our store is flawed, you have the right to issue an complaint based on the warranty. The beast way to send us a complaint is via the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post under the address Dziatwy 14C/21, 03-109 Warsaw.
The flawed items should be send back to the address: Dizatwy 14C/21, 03-109 Warsaw.
Due to the flaw you may demand:
- to exchange to another one without flaws,
or issue a declaration of:
- reducing the price
- withdrawal of contract – in case of a major flaw.
Your declaration will be examined in 14 days from the moment we receive it.
In case of payment by card, your payment will be refunded to the bank account assigned to the card used to pay.
